Weber Search & Selection solely accept tasks engaging Weber Search & Selection on an exclusive basis – and we do limit our number of clients within the market segment
We only accept tasks where we are fully competent to solve the job and give the client value, short- and long term.
All information concerning client and candidate are dealt with as highly confidential information.
To guarantee high quality and to deliver within the agreed time frame, we limit the number of simultaneous jobs in our organization.
We are committed to inform client and candidate on the progress in the process.
We allways participate in the meetings between candidate and client until decision on employment has been taken.
We do perform structured interviews with relevant candidates and with feedback to all.
Checking of references is an absolute requirement for finalizing the task.
Personality- and cooperation tests are optional products but we advise the use of these as they are valuablke tools for the guarantee of effieciency.
We perform follow-up interviews with client and candidate after 1, 3 and 6 months employment.

We are very precise in our interview of the client, as it is here, the profile of the preferred candidate is defined. Once the profile has been defined, we work very targetted to find the correct candidate for the job. That’s what we call quality of work.
