Lars Weber has, after an education in the health and scientific sector, had a carreer in the medical industry in sales, marketing and general management in companies such as MSD, Pharmacia, Bristol Myers, Dumex and Schering. Apart from his work within Denmark, Lars has been Area Manager of Scandinavia and managing director in a German subsidiary company of a Danish corporation.

After studies at INSEAD, Lars found Weber Search & Selection, a headhunter company with both Danish and international orientation.

Furthermore, Lars has completed coaching, sales- and communication courses, aquisition, search for distributors in Scandinavia and market analisys for Danish as well as international corporations.

Specialty fields within headhunting are human and veterinary medicine, Rx, OTC, diagnostica, cardiology, radiology, urology, dermatology, onkology, allergology, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, pharmacies, hospital supply, IT, engineering, oil, insurance, real estate and broker, technical science, transport, heavy industry and automobiles.
